TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the BOUT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BOUT is a platform for combat sports athletes and gyms to track training sessions, manage gym operations, connect with other fighters, and track progression. The Service includes web and mobile applications.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use BOUT.

4. GYM OWNER SUBSCRIPTIONS

Gym management features require a paid subscription at R1,250/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you post (sessions, forum posts, etc.). By posting content, you grant BOUT a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your personal data will be removed, though content created for gyms (classes, forum posts) may be preserved with your identity removed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BOUT is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during training. Always consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise program.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
