• Fighter profile (height, weight, reach, stance, martial arts experience)
• Training session data (style, duration, rounds, intensity)
• Health data (heart rate, calories — only if you connect a health device)
• Gym membership and class attendance
• Forum posts, comments, and social interactions

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To provide and improve the BOUT platform
• To match you with training partners
• To generate performance analytics and insights
• To send notifications about your training, gym, and community
• To enable gym owners to monitor athlete training loads

3. INFORMATION SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. Your training data is visible to:

• Users who follow you (session feed)
• Your gym coaches and admins (athlete monitoring)
• Other gym members (leaderboards, forum)

Your health data (heart rate, calories) is only visible to you unless you choose to include it in shared sessions.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled by Supabase with secure token management. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data (available in your profile)
• Correct inaccurate data (edit your profile and stats)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your training data

6. COOKIES & ANALYTICS

We use essential cookies for authentication. We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the platform is used and improve the experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BOUT is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
